This window enables you to set the defaults to be used by the Retro Pay program.

Field Information

ClosedHours Default

This is used as the Retro Code when an Hours Code does not have a Retro Code.

ClosedNon-Taxable Allowances Default

This is used as the Retro Code when an A/D Code does not have a Retro Code. This applies to codes with the following Classifications: 'F', 'G', 'T', 'X' and 'O'.

ClosedTaxable Allowances Default

This is used as the Retro Code when an A/D Code does not have a Retro Code. This applies to codes with the following Classifications: '5', 'I', 'A', 'B', 'C', '6', '7'.
